Nanobead based detection of food borne pathogens
Description
Detection of food borne pathogens usually requires a selective enrichtment followed by cultural, immunological or nucleic acid-based procedures. In this project of the ZHAW Institute of Food and Beverage Innovation non-amplified DNA of target bacteria is detected using novel specific gold nanoparticles.
