Referral study among primary care physicians on the basis of an online survey

As part of a nationwide online survey, general practitioners were systematically asked about their perceptions of the hospital’s image and their satisfaction with the services provided.
The study aims to gain detailed insights into GPs’ views and expectations to enable targeted improvements in collaboration and service quality.
