Experimentelle Schwingungs- und Modalanalyse: Betriebsschwingformanalyse (ODS) zur Messung der Schwingungsformen einer Struktur im laufenden Betrieb; Klassische Experimentelle Modalanalyse (EMA) zur Ermittlung der Eigenfrequenzen, Dämpfungen und Schwingformen einer Struktur, die mit Impulshammer oder Shaker angeregt wird;
Betriebsmodalanalyse (OMA) zur Ermittlung der Eigenfrequenzen, Dämpfungen und Schwingungsformen einer Struktur während des laufenden Betriebs, ohne Kenntnisse der Anregung der Struktur;

Modellbildung Simulation: Heterogene dynamische Systeme mit Modelica, Vensim oder Berkeley Madonna; multiphysics Simulationen mit comsol

Narratologie und kognitive Linguistik; Modellbildung, Simulation und Narration; narrative Strukturen der physikalisch-chemischen Wissenschaften; Folk sciences und Alltagsverständnis
