Survey and Development of the 2036 Mission Statement and the 2026–2030 Government Programme City of Schlieren

Description

The contractor’s role is to provide methodological support for the process of developing the City of Schlieren’s 2036 Mission Statement and 2026–2030 Government Programme, drawing on current scientific research and best practices in strategic management.

In particular, the following activities are included:

Conducting a survey of the City Council, legislative body, School Board and municipal administration
Facilitating a strategy retreat with the City Council and senior administrative management
Facilitating a World Café with the City Council and senior administrative management
Developing the 2036 Mission Statement and the 2026–2030 Government Programme
