Behavioral Architecture for Scalable Lifecycle Advice (LC-Kompass)

The Lifecycle Compass examines how lifecycle-based financial advice can be translated into an understandable, usable, and scalable digital advisory solution.

Description

The Lifecycle Compass examines how digital financial advice can be made more personal, understandable, and practical for everyday use. At its core is an advisory approach that does not treat financial decisions in isolation, but places them in the context of a person’s overall life situation, including income, retirement provision, savings capacity, liabilities, and long-term goals.

The project examines how such advice can be implemented digitally: Which information needs to be collected, and in what form? How can complex financial information be presented in an understandable way? And does this type of advice provide measurable value for users?

The project therefore lays the foundation for digital financial advice that is more closely aligned with users’ real-life situations and needs.
