Background

The Integrated Psychiatry Winterthur – Zürcher Unterland (ipw) aims to systematically digitalise its facility management (FM). This involves defining appropriate strategic approaches, taking into account current technological developments, which incorporate both operational requirements and regulatory requirements within the healthcare sector.

Project description

The ZHAW is developing the strategic framework for a five-year digitalisation roadmap and an investment proposal. The focus will be on a holisitc digital transformation approach of FM. To this end, the current level of digitalisation will be assessed, relevant technology trends analysed, and targeted measures derived from these findings. The aim of digitalisation is to optimise processes, reduce costs in the long term, increase automation, and enable data-driven decision-making in FM.
