AI-supported feasibility study for the redevelopment of a site in suburban Zurich. It analyzes planning conditions based on AI simulations of different development scenarios to determine
- a sustainable development strategy and
- create the basis for a high-quality design plan,
- and maximize return potential from an investor perspective.
The results include a structured planning and legal assessment, digitally generated development variants, and AI-supported simulations.
On this basis, a prioritized preferred option is validated. This clarifies potential, risks, and the next steps toward a sustainable development with high planning quality, investment relevance, and return potential from an investor perspective.
