Professional, self-determined, and reflective communication

Social media blur the boundaries between communication as a representative of an organization and as a private individual. This requires a reflective, self-determined, and professional approach to these media and calls for professional literacy.

Description

To have professional literacy, a coaching program is intended to provide the staff of the University Library of Bern with an opportunity to

  • critically reflect on their own use of social media,
  • identify risks,
  • leverage opportunities, and
  • develop sustainable communication strategies for digital platforms.
