Mapping Digital Governance in a Swiss Canton
For a Swiss canton, we analysed digital governance structures and developed a system map visualising key actors, responsibilities, and interdependencies. The research project increases transparency and forms the basis for a shared 2030 vision and the development of future governance models.
Result
The results of the project included mapping of the digital governance of a Swiss canton (including actors, interdependencies, institutional affiliations, information flows, etc.).

The core output was a system map visualising key actors, responsibilities, decision pathways, and interdependencies in the digital ecosystem.
