Evaluation Perfusion
Description
Process intensification approaches are also becoming increasingly interesting in the context of stem cell cultivations in spheroids and on microcarriers, but require a cell retention system. In the project, hMSC expansions are to be carried out in perfusion mode. We will work in an agitated 3L single-use benchtop bioreactor system. The cell retention systems to be evaluated are membrane-based.
