Survey and Development Bassersdorf Legislative Programme 2026–2030
Description
The contractor’s role is to provide methodological support for the process of developing the Municipality of Bassersdorf’s 2026–2030 Legislative Programme, drawing on current scientific research and best practices in strategic management.
In particular, the following activities are included:
- Conducting a survey of the Municipal Council and senior administrative management
- Facilitating a strategy retreat with the Municipal Council
- Facilitating a World Café with the Municipal Council and senior administrative management
- Developing the 2026–2030 Legislative Programme
