The project develops advanced AI algorithms to enable new digital services for industrial automated assembly tools. Its main focus is on methods for continuous process quality monitoring, automatic detection of faults and anomalies, fault diagnostics, and prediction of the remaining useful life of the tools. The developed methods are specifically designed for reliable operation in industrial environments and provide the foundation for intelligent, data-driven service functionalities.
