InterPreT – Interdisciplinary Preservation Tool

Description

The project develops a collaborative, digital decision-support tool to increase the chances of preserving existing building stock through renovation, adaptation or extension instead of demolition and new construction. The goal is to use model- and data-based decision-making to enable a comparison of conservation and replacement scenarios in terms of economic viability and sustainability.
