Generative AI for Swiss Public Discourse Analysis (GAIS)
Description
This project aims to develop a Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) component for Switzerland’s largest text collection of
public communication — Swiss-AL. The component will be based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), which enhances
the transparency of GenAI by allowing it to ground answers in user-defined texts. We will evaluate its performance on Swiss-AL
data and develop practices for its integration into the data-driven framework used in digital discourse analysis.
