Supplementary training in additive manufacturing processes at the Mechatronics School in Winterthur
Apprentices at the Winterthur Mechatronics School receive additional training in collaboration with the IPP for metal-3D-Printing
Description
The training at MSW is of a very high standard. In the field of 3D printing, students are already trained in the use of plastics.
In the field of metal 3D printing, MSW collaborates with the IPP to give students the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM).
The course consists of a theoretical component and the development of products within the MSE that are suitable for metal 3D printing.
The printing and post-processing of the components take place at the IPP.
