From Clinic to Daily Life: Digitally Transforming Gait Assessment in Multiple Sclerosis through Wearable Technology
Description
Every step tells a story – especially in Multiple Sclerosis (MS), where gait reveals important health insights.
This project digitizes gait assessments in people with MS using wearable sensors. By comparing therapist-rated outcomes with
biomechanical data, we aim to identify key gait parameters and assess their variability across the settings clinic and daily-life.
The results promote real-life assessments to improve understanding of daily gait.
