Media and gender

Description

The project examines gender equality and diversity structures in Swiss media organisations.

Based on representative occupational field studies that have already been conducted, gender-specific differences in hierarchy, working conditions, stress and discrimination are analysed quantitatively.

In addition, a qualitative study is being conducted in editorial offices to examine diversity strategies, organisational structures and their influence on reporting.
