Advance cost-effective biological wastewater treatment (CEBWT) technologies
Description
The project aims to advance cost-effective biological wastewater treatment (CEBWT) techno-logies for integration into off-grid, self-sufficient systems that focus on resiliency, reuse, and resource recovery.
By separating household wastewater into grey- and blackwater, the proposed approach enables localized treatment and direct on-site reuse, reducing reliance on centralized infrastructure, making them adaptable to diverse contexts and enhancing resilience.
