Multiscale design and characterization of resilient lightweight perforated shellulars
This project aims to develop and validate a new class of mechanical metamaterials — perforated shellulars — that combine lightweight architecture with enhanced mechanical resilience. The research will be conducted through a collaboration between Zurich University of Applied Sciences and McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
