Scoping workshops with the Internal Audit unit of the Ministry of Finance of the Arab Republic of Egypt

The Institute of Public Management supported the Internal Audit unit of the Ministry of Finance of the Arab Republic of Egypt within a SECO project in reflecting on its current capacities and identifying development potentials.

On-site and online workshops introduced and discussed international best practices. Topics included the positioning of the IA function, risk-based audit planning, documentation and quality assurance, practical audit steps, as well as data analysis and sampling techniques.
