Adcancing drug development: 3D CoSeedis Immuno-Micro-Tumor System
Description
This collaboration between abc biopply, ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, and University of Zurich aims to advance drug development by introducing a novel 3D CoSeedis Immuno-Micro-Tumor System.
The new system will encompass heterotypic cancer organoids, consisting of cancer, stromal and immune cells, embedded in an extracellular matrix, which offer a physiologically relevant microenvironment for testing new immunotherapies.
