On behalf of the Housing and Shelter division (W+O) of the City of Zurich, the ZHAW conducted a survey of clients in all W+O services.
Description
Based on the revision of the legal basis of the Housing and Shelter (W+O) division of the City of Zurich, the latter commissioned the Institute for Diversity and Social Participation (IVGT) of the ZHAW to conduct a survey of all clients in all services of the W+O division. The quantitative online survey took place in March and April 2025.
