Development of bioanalytical methods for the characterization of novel glycoprotein-based pharmaceuticals regarding integrity, stability, charge profile, shares of monomers and multimers, monosaccharide shares of N-glycans, as well as the quantitative assessment of antigen binding with early developability of lead candidates.
