Enhancement the sensitivity for the pharmacokinetics of a clinical trial

Description

This project encompasses the pharmacokinetics of a drug being developed to treat an auto-immune orphan disease by drug quantification from patient sera in a clinical trial. Different bioanalytical methods such as mass spectrometry and surface plasmon resonance are evaluated for enhancement of the sensitivity.
