Thermophoretic Simulator

Simulation based development of a nano-particle collector device

Description

We are developing a novel type of nano-particle-collector. It will collect nano-particles in a very controlled fashion out of ambient air. Extending and applying an in-house Eulerian Lagrangian OpenFoam solver, simulations are used to optimize the device in terms of particle-deposition characteristics.
