Description
Cryptocurrency is a digital currency in which encryption techniques are used to regulate the generation. Therefore, it is possible to use and transfer funds independently of a central bank. Hence, cryptocurrency is not officially recognized by any government. Consequently, many questions arise from the legal perspective, and in this project, the legal framework in Switzerland shall be examined.
