This pilot project develops and tests a standardized employee survey for institutions in the field of child and youth services. The instrument aims to systematically capture staff perspectives, strengthen quality assurance, and provide a solid basis for strategic organizational development.
Description
The standardized employee survey developed in this project serves as an instrument for quality assurance, organizational development, and strategic management in the field of child and youth services. It is aimed at staff members with different functions and from various areas of work within social service organizations, systematically capturing their experiences, assessments, and needs.
The results support both internal development processes and comparisons between institutions, as well as accountability to governing bodies and supervisory authorities. The survey is based on scientifically grounded knowledge and field-specific topics.
The pilot phase will lay the foundation for regular, data-driven, and practice-oriented support of innovative and sustainable development processes.
