• Strategic leadership and development of the institute's international strategy
• Planning, implementation, and continuous development of internationalization projects
• Designing and conducting teaching modules and interprofessional learning courses
• Leading and overseeing international projects and special assignments
• Representing the institute's leadership in international matters

Your profile

• PhD preferred; MSc in Midwifery or in another discipline relevant to the professional field
• Experience in strategic planning and project management, ideally in an academic or research context
• Strong national and international networks
• Excellent communication and intercultural skills
• Fluent in German and English
