Beschreibung
This project aims at developing new strategies for the production of biocatalysts in the form of inclusion bodies with optimized physicochemical properties. Bioprocess layouts specifically designed for the enrichment and activity enhancement of recombinant enzymes in intracellular compartments and the associated dedicated PAT monitoring and process control tools are investigated.
