Description
The main objective of the assignment is to set up and implement a tailor-made continuing education programme with three elements:
- "Leadership Days": Block courses with more "classical" leadership topics, in groups of approx. 12 participants, 3 times 2 days over a calendar year.
- A one-day in-depth workshop conducted as a "retreat" with all managers of the municipality.
- Targeted networking activities and transfer assignments between course days.
