Description
After surveying staff, faculty, and students, we found an interesting relationship between organizational culture and business-IT alignment at ZHAW. This project aims to show what it looks like two years later, after a rollercoaster ride of corona measures, online and hybrid forms of lectures, exams, and research, and the return back to “normal”. What has remained, and what has changed? Were perceptions just an effect of the sudden demands during the pandemic, or persist some changes beyond?
