Description
Further therapeutic approaches are urgently needed for the treatment of cancer. The aim of this project is to synthesize active substances that interact with biological target proteins relevant in cancer therapy. For this purpose, multi-step organic syntheses are carried out and the active substances are optimized by medicinal chemistry.
