Description
Longitudinal study on the compensation of specialists and executives in the Facility Management market in Switzerland, as well as their influencing factors on behalf of the industry association fmpro. It is designed as a quantitatively online survey for the targeted 1,000 participants in the form of a multi-factor analysis, by collecting the possible relevant factors influencing the salaries. The results are published in various media and made available to the participants in an online evaluation. At the same time, further information are collected in connection with the FM sector and the work situation (such as employability, FM identity, job satisfaction and others). This study provides fundamental data for the FM industry in Switzerland.
