Description
The municipal council of Risch stipulated several actions in light of the strategy 2017 to 2019 within the first goal of a «citizen-centric municipality». This goal includes the strategic actions “communications orientation toward transparency and trust» and «action plan to promote a supportive and open administration culture”. In order to scientifically assess the achievement of the goal and to subsequently deduce measures for implementation, the Institute of Public Management has been commissioned to evaluate the topics of trust, transparency, openness and office culture in relation to the work of the municipal administration and their communications tasks.
