The project “Catering conception Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg” focuses on identifying the most suitable food production method. The starting point is the upcoming renovation of the catering facilities at Neumünster Park, which are to be designed to be sustainable not only in terms of construction but also in terms of organization.
The aim is to develop a catering concept that takes equal account of economic, ecological, and social requirements, withstands changing market conditions, and ensures high-quality provision in the long term. The approach includes analyzing existing processes, involving relevant stakeholders, and conducting a multi-perspective utility analysis to ensure transparent decision-making.
