  • develop a concrete change implementation plan (change management).
  • understand their stakeholders’ expectations and can develop a communication strategy for a change initiative.
  • enhance their sensitivity and competence in dealing with the psychological aspects of change (change leadership).
  • Understand the influence of leadership on successful change projects.

Content

Change projects are commonplace, yet many fail to achieve their goals. In the Change Management continuing education course, participants explore effective principles for successful change initiatives and apply them using their own practical cases or change situations.

The topics covered in the continuing education course are:

  • Sharpening understanding of the system and activating the most effective levers
  • The four key pitfalls of organizational change
  • Helpful principles for change management
  • Change Management and Change Leadership
  • Switch – how to bring about change
  • Leadership behavior and the success of change
  • The Ten Steps to Mastering Change
