The IAP in Figures
The IAP Institute of Applied Psychology empowers individuals and organizations with psychological and interdisciplinary continuing education and consulting services. We promote competencies that enable responsible and successful action. As a part of the ZHAW, with our diverse range of programmes, target groups, and unique culture, we make a special contribution to the Swiss higher education landscape.

Since 1923, we have been developing evidence-based solutions for the economy and society and support leaders and teams in achieving their goals.
Approx. 120 staff at the IAP do the best for our clients every day. In doing so, we continuously learn and develop together with our customers.
Approx. 3,000 people participate in our continuing education courses each year. In doing so, they develop their personalities and quickly apply their skills in everyday life.
3,400 clients use our counselling and consulting services each year. We support them in acting responsibly and successfully.
