Description
Internal digital communication channels have become an essential part of work life. The project aimsat promoting sustainability in employee's workplace behaviour at Dept. L. In order to achieve this,different interactions such as brief information, tips and surveys are emitted via Beekeeper,employees are thus encouraged to design their work life in a more environmentally sustainable wayand to be involved in community building. The project will be evaluated scientifically with the aim ofgetting research-based evidence on whether nudging leads to employees behaving more sustainably.The evaluation will grant result regarding the scalability/ implementation for the entire ZHAW.
