Description
Development of a working paper / study on the factors influencing smart government. The following steps were carried out:
- Comprehensive literature analysis in scientific and practice-oriented Sources
- Definition and explanation of the term "Smart Government"
- a rough description of the relevant trends influencing the development of smart government (trend Analysis)
- Scenario technique for the development of scenarios
The results of the work were then condensed and adapted published in the SGVW Yearbook: doi.org/10.5334/ssas.121
