Decentrally verified and stacked microcredentials on the Internet Computer

At a glance

Description

Microcredentials are a growing activity in the space of higher education, continuous education, vocational training and corporate training. Customers who undergo education or training expect to get microcredentials that can be shared with their current and future employers. This project introduces extremely fine-grained microcredentials so that even individual training units and lab sessions can be certified, including automated reflection of achievement into the chain; and to be able to stack and compose verifiable credentials with multiple signatures by peers, instructors and institutions. Both features are not supported by any competing solution on the market but through the Internet Computer customers would be able to express skills and abilities to a much better degree.
