Marketing Automation Report 2022
At a glance
Around two-thirds of Swiss companies rate marketing automation technologies as relevant or very relevant for their own operations. This means that the importance of such solutions has increased significantly in the recent past: In the previous year's study, only 40 percent of companies said they used marketing automation. The majority of small and medium-sized companies now also consider such tools to be important, especially in the B2B (business-to-business) sector. These are the results of the "Marketing Automation Report 2022" from the ZHAW School of Management and Law. It is based on an online survey of around 460 companies in the period between August 15 and November 30, 2021. The study was conducted on behalf of the marketing consulting and service companies Pedalix, Mayoris and Webalyse.
