Description
The Online Retailer Survey has now been conducted four times. A total of 365 online stores participated in the 2021 study, which encompasses business-to-consumer (86 percent), business-to-business (46 percent) and direct-toconsumer (14 percent) companies. For the first time, 63 Austrian online retailers took part, besides a representative 284 Swiss companies.
