Description

The goal of the start-up project is to build up a toolbox of different vectors for enzyme cascades. For this purpose, modular cloning using Golden Gate cloning will be established within the project. This will be used to evaluate the interaction of different ribosome binding sites, promoters and terminators for different proteins.
