Description
The coronavirus has accelerated the digital transformation at
the ZHAW: Main buildings have been closed, in return home offices
have opened from dawn till dusk. We are interested in how ZHAW
employees and their children live and experience these changes. We
are particularly interested in the children's perspective: What do
they experience as positive and what not?
An online survey will shed light on what parents and children see
as actual improvements and deterioration in everyday life and what
they think are strengths and weaknesses of communicating and
working digitally. The results will then be discussed in reflection
groups. This is intended to give employees and their children the
opportunity to further reflect on their own experiences and to
share successful strategies with others.
