Description
This study on the societal costs of cystic fibrosis (CF) in Switzerland aimed to estimate the different dimensions of CF disease burden, which are not generated by direct medical costs. CF has a high morbidity and mortality, as a consequence there is loss of quality of life as well as years of life. We thus conducted an online survey for the patients with CF and their carers to allow us to estimate this societal burden of CF.
