Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in Switzerland. The study investigates the epidemiology, treatment and the costs of prostate cancer in Switzerland using many different data Sources. The focus is on the estimation of the prevalence, the treatment paths as well as the medical costs of treating prostate cancer, differentiated by services and financing source.
