Assisting the Inter-American Development Bank in assessing public financial management and current accounting policies in Ecuador in close cooperation with the Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF). Analysis of current financial management software and accounting processes as well as comparative studies on selected topics of public financial management. Evaluation of project progress in the implementation of international public sector accounting standards (IPSAS).
