Description

After Sales Services have become an important business for internationally operating Swiss companies. For SMEs the offering of after sales services is a challenge though, specifically in Asian markets. This project aims to develop successful business models in after sales services for Swiss SMEs operating in the Chinese market. Project partners are Switzerland Global Enterprise as well as eight Swiss SMEs with operations in China.
