Preparation of a short report with analysis of the following organizational aspects: achievement of the cultural strategic objectives, task and organizational analysis, use of the instruments of the public relations work, process analysis of contributions, mission statement and performance order.
Methods: Desk top research, in-depth interviews, online survey of applicants for subsidies.
