Supporting the World Bank (WB) in evaluating Public Financial Management and the current accounting policy in Colombia in strong cooperation with the "Contaduria General de la Nación" (CGN). Analysis of current financial management software and accounting processes, as well international comparative studies on selected topics, in particular in the context of IPSAS.
